Okay it's official photographing rehearsal dinners are my favorite!
With all the effort that goes into rehearsal dinners they deserve to be photographed! I love grabbing the details of the set up, candids throughout the event, posed photos of all the guests and a mini photo session with the bride and groom before they say I DO! Heck it's like a mini wedding and it's wonderful.
PJ and Catherine held their dinner at Catherine's parents house in Rockford, Michigan. Which they actually rent out to others to use as well (if you're looking for a spot). We started with a 30 minute couples session while guests enjoyed drinks and mingled. After our mini session the couple joined their closest friends and family members to enjoy freshly made brick oven pizza. There was a break in the evening for a few words shared with their people and they received a special gift from a family member... a custom made movie poster! It was soo cute! After dinner the fun didn't stop as the couple enjoyed a game of beer pong, conversations with friends and s'mores with their guests.
PJ and Catherine got married at The Broadway Ave in Grand Rapids, Michigan on September 25th, 2022 and then headed to Alaska where they are both stationed as a part of the US Army.
